Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with event management and coordination - Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, particularly in areas such as lifeguarding or food service - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Conflict management skills to handle any customer issues or complaints - Cash handling experience for accurate and efficient transactions - Experience in theater, hospitality, or guest services is preferred - Events management experience is a plus - Food service experience is beneficial for roles involving food preparation and service - Experience working with children is advantageous for positions that involve interacting with young guests Cleaning Golf Carts Driving Golf Cart to pick up golf balls Note:
