The Licensing Administrator will:
Build relationships with internal agents and external agencies Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Handle multiple responsibilities at one time Maintain data using MS Excel and other tools What skills you will need:
Knowledge of Insurance Licensing and Appointments required Superior Organization Skills and Attention to Detail a must Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment Experience working with Confidential Information Proficient Computer Skills SIRCON/RegEd Experience a Plus Computer proficiency with applications Caring and active listening skills Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED Job
Responsibilities:
CE Tracking and Verification Ordering all agent non-resident licenses Auditing for all agent non-resident licenses Processing license renewals Processing Terminations Creating all agent files in SharePoint All document filing Processing name changes Processing Affiliations NIPR Address Updates RegEd Data Loads Collect, Scan, Re-Route Mail pertaining to licensing accordingly Complete FL and CA fingerprint cards Collect and scrub New Hire Packets and corresponding documentation Obtain and process agent releases Carrier Appointment Submissions Carrier Appointment Tracking and Follow-up Carrier Appointment Audits Validating/Reinstating Non-Resident Licenses AL/GA Affidavits Investigate delays resulting from background issues, and work with agents in processing appeals and collecting required documentation Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
